PropertyHostPro™
PropertyHostPro™ ("PropertyHostPro™," "we," "us," or "the Service") is a software platform that helps short-term rental hosts run their operations — scheduling and paying cleaners, tracking maintenance and handymen, managing property owners, and viewing financials. The Service is provided on a subscription basis. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you," "the host," or "the user") agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Cleaners, property owners, and handymen may be invited into a host's account; their access is limited to the information the host shares with them.
Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled:
Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. If your property count changes, your host fee is adjusted accordingly. You authorize us and PayPal to charge your selected payment method for the applicable recurring fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code; attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or probe or scrape the Service; send unsolicited messages; infringe others' rights; or misuse guest, cleaner, or owner personal information. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all laws that apply to you, including short-term-rental, tax, employment/contractor, and communications (e.g., SMS/TCPA) laws.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your relationships with your guests, cleaners, owners, and handymen. You represent that you have the right to enter any personal information you provide (including guest contact details) and to send any messages you send through or as a result of the Service. PropertyHostPro™ is a tool; it is not a party to your bookings, employment or contractor arrangements, or payments to your workers or owners.
The Service integrates with third parties such as Hospitable, PayPal, Plaid, Supabase, Netlify, and Brevo to function. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for non-payment, violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service or other users, or to comply with law or protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including synced bookings or financial figures) will always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying important numbers and for your own records.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PropertyHostPro™ AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold PropertyHostPro™ harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your data, your messages, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in the app). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Each version is dated and labeled so acceptance can be tracked.
