This Privacy Policy explains what information PropertyHostPro™ ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to hosts, Cleaning CEOs, property owners, cleaners, and handymen who use the Service. It is written for users and guests in the United States, including Florida residents.
We use information only to operate and improve the Service: to provide your account, sync bookings, schedule and notify cleaners, track maintenance, calculate owner payouts and financials, process subscription billing, send operational emails and (with consent) SMS, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed to operate it: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), Brevo (transactional email and SMS), PayPal (payments and payouts), Hospitable (booking sync), and Plaid (optional bank/expense connections). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users. Within a host's account, data is visible to the people that host invites (their cleaners, owners, or handymen), limited to what their role needs.
Each host's data is logically separated from every other host's. We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and database row-level security to keep tenants isolated. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We keep account and operational data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When a subscription lapses or an account is closed, we may retain data for a limited period before deletion, and may retain limited records (such as legal-acceptance and billing history) as required by law.
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below; we will respond within a reasonable time consistent with applicable law. Florida residents and other U.S. users may have rights to access or delete personal information and to opt out of certain processing — because we do not sell data or run cross-context advertising, those opt-outs largely do not apply, but you may still exercise access and deletion rights. Hosts control the guest and worker data in their own accounts and are responsible for responding to those individuals' requests.
Operational SMS (such as cleaning assignments, cancellations, and reminders) is sent only to users who opt in. Consent is not a condition of using the Service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. We store your consent choice and the time it was given. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the app, plus basic analytics to understand usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy and will provide notice of material changes. Each version is dated and labeled.
